These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phdrea platform and all gaming services offered at phdrea.co. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets.
Important Notice: By accessing the phdrea website at phdrea.co, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the phdrea platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phdrea ("phdrea," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phdrea.co ("Platform," "Site," "Service"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the phdrea platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and communications with our support team.
phdrea operates as an online casino and sports betting platform directed at adult users in the Philippines. By using the Platform, you represent that you are accessing phdrea from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited and that you are doing so for personal entertainment purposes only.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phdrea Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and phdrea.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phdrea platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to all phdrea games and services is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
To register and use the phdrea platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
phdrea reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria, phdrea may suspend the relevant Account pending verification or permanently close it if eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any funds in an ineligible Account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations and the circumstances of the ineligibility.
Underage Access: Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your phdrea Account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the phdrea platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein.
When registering an Account, you agree to:
phdrea is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
Your phdrea Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights attached to it to any other person. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
phdrea employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, including matching of mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and KYC document data. Duplicate accounts detected at any stage will result in enforcement action without prior notice.
In compliance with Philippine financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, phdrea is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests or where account activity exceeds defined thresholds.
You agree to submit, upon request, the following KYC documentation:
All KYC documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents constitutes a serious criminal offense under Philippine law and will be reported to appropriate authorities. phdrea reserves the right to refuse or suspend processing of any transaction pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
phdrea processes KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours under normal operating conditions. Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address or through the Account notification system.
All financial transactions on the phdrea platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phdrea does not apply currency conversion fees on Philippine Peso transactions. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC).
6.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the Player's wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to process depending on the originating bank's clearing systems. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon sufficient blockchain confirmations as determined by phdrea.
6.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 (Philippine Pesos) for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱1,000 for bank transfer methods. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within the same business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. phdrea reserves the right to require that the total deposit amount be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same Account, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account holder.
6.4 Funds Security. Player funds are held separately from phdrea's operational funds in accordance with standard Philippine financial service practice. phdrea does not apply fees to standard withdrawal transactions; however, payment processors may apply their own transaction fees which are outside phdrea's control.
Third-Party Payments: phdrea strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals involving payment accounts not registered in the Account holder's own name. Transactions identified as originating from or directed to third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
All games offered on the phdrea platform — including but not limited to live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, poker variants), slot games, bingo, and any sports betting products — are subject to individual game rules which are displayed within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.1 Bet Validity. A bet is considered valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by phdrea's system. Bets placed in error by the Player cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation. phdrea reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds or on incorrect game parameters due to a technical error.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits which are displayed clearly within the game interface. phdrea reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. VIP Account holders may be subject to different bet limits as communicated through the VIP program terms.
7.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a game or system malfunction during an active betting session, phdrea will endeavor to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by a technical failure may be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player's wallet. phdrea is not liable for any losses resulting from network interruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues on the Player's end.
7.4 Winnings. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer mechanics, and are independently audited for fairness. Winnings credited to a Player's wallet are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions set out in Section 6 and any applicable bonus wagering requirements under Section 8.
phdrea offers various promotional incentives to Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP program benefits. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.
8.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are specified in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus credit requires ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
8.2 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from the Player's Account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
8.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. phdrea reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse phdrea's bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated play between multiple accounts — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. phdrea may void any bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend the relevant Account where bonus abuse is detected.
8.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. phdrea reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its cancellation will have their participation honored under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, subject to any systemic constraints.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdrea platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate:
10.1 Suspension by phdrea. phdrea reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive. Suspension may include blocking access to the Account, freezing withdrawals, and initiating an investigation.
10.2 Permanent Closure by phdrea. Following investigation, phdrea may permanently close an Account where a breach of these Terms is confirmed. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, any balance in the closed Account may be withheld pending resolution of the relevant legal proceedings or regulatory matter.
10.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting phdrea support via live chat or email. Before requesting closure, Players should withdraw any available real-money balance from their wallet. Bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Voluntarily closed Accounts may be reopened upon request, subject to identity verification.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the phdrea platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Account settings or by contacting phdrea support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be blocked and phdrea will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from creating a new Account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phdrea platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the phdrea platform without the express prior written consent of phdrea.
phdrea's game content is provided under license from third-party game developers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective developers and are subject to their separate license agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdrea's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the phdrea platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phdrea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the phdrea platform, regardless of the theory of liability.
phdrea makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or technical failures beyond phdrea's control may result in temporary service unavailability.
phdrea is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's use of the platform while under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or arising from a failure to comply with these Terms.
phdrea collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Your personal data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and improve the phdrea platform experience.
phdrea does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement as required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

phdrea reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phdrea will notify Players via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the phdrea platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
Your continued access to or use of the phdrea platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Dispute Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to first raise the dispute directly with phdrea through our customer support channels. phdrea will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. Where the dispute remains unresolved following this internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or other applicable Philippine regulatory authorities.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.
